This part is super easy. Start by filling out my Contact form and I’ll get back to you super fast. Once we decide we're the perfect fit for each other, I will send you an electronic proposal to sign. That same proposal will allow you to submit your retainer, using any form of electronic payment, to officially reserve your date. The whole process—from the scheduling to the contract to the payment to the photo delivery—is done online, so everything can be handled from the comfort and convenience of your home computer or smartphone. It’s simple, quick and stress-free, exactly as it should be.

Most people are! (including me). You don’t have to worry about a single thing. Not only will I be directing, “soft posing” and guiding you through the entire photo session, but I’m also a super laid back person/photographer and I always provide an experience that will help you relax and enjoy yourselves. Seriously, within minutes of working with my couples, it always feels like we’re old friends. And my photo sessions just organically turn into laid back, fun hang-outs (with a camera). Above all, I’m going to make sure you look natural and fantastic, feel completely comfortable and have an awesome time.

My style adapts with every couple I photograph, but overall I’m always striving for a very candid and genuine feel to your photos. Also, I like to incorporate nature and vibrant colors whenever I can. I love contrasting grand, wide shots of the setting alongside close, intimate shots of the emotion and detail. My editing style is aimed at keeping things very true to how they appeared at the time. I simply wake up the light and colors to make your images pop, and then I add a slight “cinematic/romantic/celebratory” vibe. I believe it adds an intangible quality and character to the scene that feels more immersive and dramatic. My top priority is to make you look amazing and natural and beautiful, because you are.

Absolutely. I happily welcome anyone and everyone. All humans, all colors, all cultures, all religions, no religion, LGBTQ+ friendly. Love is love is love.

YES. I’m based in Asheville, NC but my gas tank is full and my passport is current! I include travel within 100 miles of my home in Asheville for all of my sessions. Anything outside that distance is simply 50 cents per mile. If the travel requires airfare or lodging, we’ll talk through that in the pre-booking phase.

I sure do! After you pay the retainer to officially reserve your wedding date, the remaining payments can be more flexible. I also offer Pay-In-Full for couples who just want to cross it off their checklist. We'll discuss all of your options on our initial consultation call.

It varies slightly with each wedding. But on average, you can expect around 60-70 photos per hour of coverage.

You’ll get all of your photos back within 8 weeks of your wedding (it's usually sooner), and within 3 weeks for engagement and couples sessions. You’ll receive a gorgeous private online gallery where you can view, share and download all of your crisp, hi-resolution, professionally edited photos. Plus, I always provide a healthy serving of Sneak Peek photos about one week after your wedding so you can show off some sneaks on your social media and get excited about the rest of your gallery to come.

You bet I do. When you receive your online gallery of images you’ll be able to choose from a variety of high quality prints, wall art and heirloom wedding albums to purchase seamlessly from your gallery. There’s nothing better than being able to hold your cherished memories in your hands.
